Biography

Dr Qiang Tu is a research fellow in the Faculty of Medicine and Health at University of Sydney. He has extensive experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based interventions in the chronic disease management. His research interests include diabetes prevention and treatment, primary care, aged care, and big database analyses. Methodologies applied to his research projects included randomized controlled trial, cross-sectional study, systematic review and qualitative study. He is also passionate about health equity in global health. He was selected as an emerging leader by the World Heart Federation in 2022.
